I can see clearly now......

Finally, the sun is shining in Ontario, Canada. Gawd, this has been a long winter. Due to space constraints and general lack of my regular joi de vivre.....I haven't done squat lately. Here, there or anywhere. But spring is finally in the air and that means PROJECTS my loves so meet the brothers Grimm that I will be making over soon :)

I'm thinking apple green with turquoise insides and a lovely lively paper along the back of the shelves. All of which of course is inspired by the lovely Pam at Becolorful! Her obelisk rocked my world, y'all! I know, I know.....I could paint it white and have it be all charming and stuff.......but we colorful chics, we don't roll that way do we?

Did I mention I found these guys on Kijiji for $75? I know. Hate me now.

  6. For Mother's Day I got 3 hours alone with these babies. I got the drawers and doors primed out and went and oicked the apple green for inside the cabinets. I also picked out the most GORGEOUS paper for the backs...expensive but beautiful. I'm seriously waffling on the main colour though......I'm liking white. Does that make me a traitor????

  7. Oh baby oh baby. Can't WAIT to see what you do here. White could work but you will have to sass it up some how. Turquoise and green paper in the back? Turquoise and green in the drawers? Maybe the insets on the doors could have the color. These are some sweet scores girl. If I didn't love you I would be hatin' on you a little but you are just too damn funny. The pressure is on now though. You've put yourself out there with these pictures. Now go out there and rock it.

  10. LOVE!! I have a cabinet that should be painted, but my husband would probably flip out - considering it's for sale and will be put in our antique booth.
